Those that have committed such atrocities and that are responsible are known to the public and are called upon to cease all violence on innocent civilian targets. While not calling for an end to conflict, the Sword's Legatus calls for an ending of actions that target civilians, especially in malicious ways and that such would result in consequences for individuals committing such.
