The Goblins are a smallish race of humanoids,at are normally green, to greenish blue. They pride themselves on their technical skills, and their ability to mine better in groups. Other than this, not much is know about this race.

Goblin Teamwork: all blocks break faster, and drop double what they normally do when at st three goblins are in the same chunk
Goblin Tinkering: all blocks that are crafted give double what they normally do
Goblin Craftsmanship:
all tools/weapons last longer
bows have infinity if crafted by a goblin
Goblin Fragility: take 40% more damage from all sources
SubteranianVision: when below sea level, goblins have night vision

No. Simply because this race is way too overpowered. You and your goblin friends mine some diamonds, you get double. Double the money. The price of infinity books will drop because you just craft an infinity bow. Even though they have 40% susceptibility, they have night vision underwater, so they can easily see underwater bases because of night vision.

I agree with all of your points, so, I would like it if you edited what I have already to something you would describe as not op.

Goblin Fragility Thin Skin: Take 20% more damage from all sources entities. (Made the cons balance out a little.)

I like the race now. But I think mining speed and tool durability is client side and cannot be done with a plugin

The way Minecraft works is the client renders the game (which is why fps is individual for every computer), and the server calculates and transmits the data to the client to render. So, a simple modification to the data being sent (a plugin) would be able to achieve this, whereas if you wanted a forced texture pack, that would need client side modifications. That completes my crash course for the workings of Minecraft.
 
Goblins should be an NPC race that attack in organized groops
Though its practically impossible....
I said yes to the pole but they should not be a playable race. we have orcs for that.
gobblins would be the orcs @#$%@ if they where added and would just end up mining for them.

So, I have 9 diamonds, and I craft it to get 2 diamond blocks. I uncraft both of them and get 18 diamonds. That idea was abusable and not well thought out.

You changed it now, it's a little better but this race is unnecessary, I think we have enough races as it is. If you want to RP as a goblin just be a small Orc. That's basically what they are, and you can RP the abilities.
 
Actually, I thought about this, and I believe that the Vespid race bonus fits more for goblins.

Goblins are all ways seen in pacts and are weaker then humans alone.
I would think that the goblins would have penalties like -30% damage and have +5% damage for every other goblin in the area.
Also they should get +30% damage when in their own faction as well as wilderness.
This will allow goblin groups to be very dangerous when hunting for adventurers.
 
We are not accepting new race suggestions.
