Archived Suggestion: 10 block radius chat channel

There are currently 3 local chat channels.
s: shout 50 blocks
y: yell 200 blocks
w: whisper 3 blocks

In my opinion there should be a 10 blocks channel aswell, so you can make a conversation with somebody in a local channel without other people hearing all of your words.
Because 50 blocks is very long.
It should be possible to keep a conversation in "one room" without whispering. (As its very uncomfortable to creep somebody in his neck just to do a private conversation with him (and somebody else maybe) (without using global channels like f: or a: or /msg)
If you talk to somebody in real life, people wont hear you 50 metres away. 10 metres seem to be realistic (in a loud conversation).

I thought s ="say" and 20 blocks reach (that's what it say if you do /ch list) or has it updated?

If s="Shout" and 50 blocks I would like to see this channel too.

You are right ulu, the list says its named say, but still its about 50 blocks reach. (Just tested it)

Yea, perhaps we should take a look at this, 50 blocks sounds to long for a normal conversation.
