The construction of Fort Alleviation's walls has been completed. In order to fund the city for the new world, Holy King Petros Narleli wants to open the city up to allied city-states in order to sell their goods as a medium between themselves and other city-states of Essolania. However the Holy King warns, any evidence of allies leaking vampires into our territories will be cut off from trade.
