ARLORA
- Weapons arrive first. The Sihndar remaining in Arlora haven't been this well-supplied in years, and the Regalian Military still stationed there ends up taking some supplies for themselves as well.
- Ferian is resolutely pushed back by the time that the Magical Reagents arrive, which the Arlorans don't initially find use for.
- Until Augustin Roca himself lands in Arlora and begins a full push northward, through the Glenbeasts, through the Bone Horrors, into the dilapidated ruins of the Vanquished Kingdoms. He is flanked by his company and by Sihndar, but not by Aelrrigans, who are systemically blocked by Roca.
- His campaign immediately puts a huge dent in food supplies, and in the weapons and reagents they've just been given, but stripping those untouched cities is putting a frankly absurd amount of money in Arloran pockets to make up the difference.
- Roca has had one of his ideas again, and it is unclear what such an idea might be. The newly moved populations of Arlora are now engaging Ferian and the Bone Horrors directly. That is, until the Lothar Order nearby begins to sabotage their efforts.
- Supplying Roca's campaign, and choosing between the Lothar Order and the Roca Company, are major issues in Arlora.
TORSE
- Livestock arrives in Torse, which the Anglians are quite thankful for, until they recognize this is just more mouths to feed. When it looks like they're about to finally burn through their food supplies, they're given a set of generous donations of money.
- The Anglians in Torse use this as a foundation to kickstart farming in the area again. With the Lothar Order and Arcanists both handling Glenbeasts, Torse is relatively peaceful for a time.
- However, when Augustin Roca arrives and Arlora begins pushing northward, the Lothar get antsy. All that money going to a famed Arkenborn, especially one who they does not have a wonderful relationship with the Lothar Council, worries them.
- The Lothar Order commits to a set of guerilla attacks in the broken down cities, smuggling themselves in with Augustin's soldiers. They shoot down Glenbeasts and Roca soldiers alike, and become a problematic point for the Roca campaign.
- This leaves the Arcanists, briefly, free to do what they want in Torse.
- The Arcanists being unaccounted for, and choosing between the Lothar Order and the Roca Company, are major issues in Torse.

RUTTGHER
RUTTGHER
- Food and soon after weapons in Arlora allow the Bloodcasts and Regalian Soldiers to cling on to hope in Ruttgher, pushing back Vampiric excursions just long enough for farming to properly start. Some soldiers get overzealous and push into the coven bases, where they are promptly pulled apart by converted Osc'iirdian mages.
- The Vampires and the people of Ruttgher are in an incredibly tense stalemate, and the passing of a Dreadfort through the skies of the Regalian Capital incentivizes the Vampires to take more risks.
- The remaining Kathar and Volarik priests have mages among them, but the government is too overwhelmingly conservative for them to cast, meaning that the Vampires keep magically outmatching their soldiers.
- The stalemate between Ruttgher and the Vampires, and the difference in belief between the commoners and upper class are the major issues in Ruttgher.
