The Following agreement between Duke Hengest Harhold, Patriarch of House Harhold, and the Regalian State has been signed into action on the 7th of July, 309 A.C. -Duke Harhold pleads guilty to breaking Regalian Low Law 8 during a State meeting with an Ambassador of the Allorn Empire. -House Harhold will pay 50% taxes to the Regalian Empire for two months past the date of this treaty in penance for the aforementioned law-breaking. -Duke Harhold acknowledges that his grace’s actions broke appropriate conduct of the meeting by speaking out of turn to make the divisive suggestion for the trade of Daenshore.
