South Foreign Consulate Decree Ii: In Pursuit Of Stability

Following discussion with esteemed members of the peerage and by the Southern Consulate's own consent, the following cautionaries are issued for the public's knowledge.

Under no circumstance should any missions of faith be sent to the continent of Carrhen, unless undersigned with the express permission of the Southern Consul, or already approved by existing Naval Acts. In accordance with the concern expressed by our friends and allies in that land, it will not approve any work that violates their expressed good will.

Furthermore, in the interest of advancing peace and stability within Carrhen, the Southern Consulate hereby approves a Non-Aggression Pact with the Connorock Kingdom, the Khittrakhat Confederacy, and the Ütterann Kingdom. No armies, feudal or State, should conduct military actions encroaching within their territories. It furthermore agrees to not breach the subject of Navigation Acts with those three polities unless specifically requested and invited.
