On a more serious note, some people want to private Rp and others want to do public Rp. You could probably even just as in OOC chat in the middle of the tavern if anyone wants to specifically roleplay with you. From what I can tell from your roleplay you play a quiet character that does things but doesn't really start conversations.

It shouldn't come as a surprise to you that nobody will engage your character if you don't make the first step. Simply emoting your presence isn't good enough to make people interested, if you want to roleplay with someone, go talk to them.
