In rp anymore i've found it rather difficult finding anyone to rp with i mean there's lots of people its just people do not open up let the newer players who so badly want to rp but wont let anyone else join i've tried multiple attempts on getting into rp's and i find myself lost i find it at times a closed atomsphere also known for me a - you no get to rp sign-
Also i find it hard to fit in and not get the laughing stick in rp.
I try my best to rp honestally i do.
just some people can't learn to...

On a more serious note, some people want to private Rp and others want to do public Rp. You could probably even just as in OOC chat in the middle of the tavern if anyone wants to specifically roleplay with you. From what I can tell from your roleplay you play a quiet character that does things but doesn't really start conversations.

It shouldn't come as a surprise to you that nobody will engage your character if you don't make the first step. Simply emoting your presence isn't good enough to make people interested, if you want to roleplay with someone, go talk to them.

I usually only RP around the harbor, and very rarely enter the Golden Willow anymore. Mostly because my character doesn't like all the bullshit that seems to happen around the tavern on a daily basis. So he keeps to his shop in the harbor and not much more than that.

So if you were ever interested into a more day to day casual chitchat about stuff, feel free to hit me up in the harbor somewhere. Or just visit the shoppe and buy stuff. It gets a bit lonesome in the harbor when very few people actually RP actively over there.

"This spot taken?" or "What's someone like yourself sitting alone?"

and go from there.

Create a trader character. Find a random item that you can craft or gather and just in-character try and sell it to as many people as possible. It can be as simple as trying to sell flowers. It's a terribly easy way to have some reason to approach people.

There is no way.

And those who roleplay a lot, I found it extremely silly when I encountered my first Regalian combat-logger.

Never the less, guards could force RP onto people but that special right is no more, I think.

It wasn't really that they could force it, it was more you couldn't do something and suddenly sprint away or powergame away.

There is a way.
Step one: Trap them in a box where they can't build.
Step two: Tell them you'll let them out the box if they'll rp with with you.
Step three: If they try to leave trap them in another box.

Step one: Camp there corpse.
Step Two: If they rp with you you'll stop camping them.
Step three: If they try to run cotinue camping them.
~ Third Idea ~
Step one: Follow there ic character all the time
Step Two: Hope you don't get banned.
Step three: repeat one and two~
