Archived Shop Licenses

• Shop licenses can be bought by anyone though the license gets more expensive the more shops you own.

• When you build a shop it uses up one license but it still exists, you will get it back when you take the shop down. (more like power)
• This way merchants can:
  • edit shops without costing them more.
  • relocate their shop without costing them more.
  • keep tabs on how many shops they have.
• Might be cool to add a feature that lets them know where their shops are located.(or they just wright it down in their notes)
