The Serpens Ordinis to many are an odd group of alchemists, mages, and aberrant alike that is more of a type of club within the slums for those needing a place of both calmness and tranquility. They are strictly put under a code of honor within the group, going by it as a way to say that they will not attack anyone within the order and do not throw anyone under if it comes down to it.

A variety of papers would dance across the slums, out of the guards eyes for a while unless they frequent the deeper slum areas.​

"To those 'aberrants' who wish for calmness and a general union within the slums should seek out Anguem in the hopes of being more unified in protecting ourselves against those afraid of us. And to at least have a good drink once in awhile rather than being at each other's throats. Please leave a letter within the various drop boxes around or at The Hideaway or Falcon's Nest."
