Hey there! People who do commissions for skins generally set up a thread in the Massive Marketplace | MassiveCraft Forums section of the forums, so I recommend you head over there, see what other people include in their threads and then make one of your own!

As a side note, finding someone in game is not usually the most convenient way to ask for a skin. If you make a thread on the Marketplace, people can reply to it and tag you to alert you that they'd like a skin. It's much easier to do business that way. Hope this helps!
