Second Announcement Of The Third Rhax: Bounty For Zsedhu

It is with fury that I write my second announcement. It is a black day for all Allar bearing Yaotl's good name.​

I, Rhax Azzidi Sa-Yaotl, charge every Allar bearing the rank of Krzsallo with the task of finding and arresting Arbiter Zsedhu Kaam-Yaotl for the murder of Cazzlyzza Mu-Zzaar after her trial.

The rank of Arbiter is a sign of the Qar-Digmaan's trust. It is not a free pass to murder unarmed, desperate Outcastes who present no threat to the Yaotl-Digmaan or the Krzsallo guarding her. If you cannot uphold the Qar-Digmaan's law or interests in Regalia, you have no right to be in charge of them.

To every bounty hunter or Krzsallo: I am putting out a 400r bounty for the capture of Zsedhu. They are grey-scaled, use a blindfold, and wear a dark robe. Be careful.
