Desir Noir
General Information
The Desir Noir is a /Danse/ school formed out of the necessity for a centralized institution of learning for young women and men desiring to learn and perform the arts. It operates out of the Hellvalt Church in Crookback.
Values
* Supports the freedom of religion
* Supports equal rights for mages and aberrants.
* Supports gender equality.
* Supports power derived through manipulation.
* Denies access to those with the Shatter Curse.
* Denies the exercise of slavery/collaring as being a barbaric act.
* Denies access to Sihndar, Dragons, and Archan Ailor.
Desir Noir Agenda
* To bring arts and class to the undercity.
* To manipulate legislative members into supporting our ideologies.
OOC Information:
* This is a sanguine coven operating under the guise of an institute for the arts and an art troupe.
* We will be working closely with the Noble system as is the nature of our espionage.
* It is preferred that you can appear as or are a race permitted to be around nobility and the upper city. This also goes for sanguine bloodlines.
* Simultaneous membership in covens currently operating as progression entities and this one is not permitted. If you are unsure ask your coven leader. This is due to the coven's involvement with the Hexenbloods.
