Her drive sprouts from wonder and discovery. Yelthana is unpredictable, and generally regarded as a loose cannon in Regalia. Ryoe is a sore loser in her usual pastimes, being duels, swimming and drinking, but she always bounces back up and tries again. She, as a person, reflects change and growth sprung forth from her guilt and eventual release of her anger through apology and regret. Appearance Ryoe stands at 6’4’’, with the normal lanky and lean body type common to many Nelfin, with soft tinging of freckles on her cheeks, nose and shoulders. A number of scars are visible lapping at the back of her neck, majorly, burning that disappears beneath her collar. She has only a handful of tattoos, all accredited to the artist 'Lucian'. Her hair is a wavy teal and green color, with a number of beads and trinkets woven into her braids and styling. It reaches to just behind her lower-thigh when it is properly groomed, rare as it is. Her eyes are the same color as her hair, and she often has golden eyeshadows and glitters on her face to match. Coating her hands and ears, golden and hand-made jewelry often decorates it, as signature of a sailor who traded rather than purchased, in her mind. She often is seen dawning a green nail-polish of some kind, as well. Childhood - Ryoe was born in the Minoor Isles, in a isolated part of an island to a small family. Due to her mother passing away before she had the chance to meet her, she never quite had a maternal figure. She grew up rather peacefully, with a slow life that her elder sister, Neia, (eight years her senior) who primarily took care of her, leading her to have an adventurous childhood spent outdoors with her favorite activity being watching the ships go by on the shore. A certain wanderlust spark had been born then, even that early on. Once she could be left alone for short periods of time, her sister began working with their father around the house more often. Teenage - She began to be taught how the populous of her society behaved, from how adultery was a high sin, and how she was likely to spend much of her life indoors as a mother, despite her clear her interest in the world outside. She also began to show disdain toward how she was forced to dress and act, due to the customs and what not of the life-styles Minoor went through. Of course, this began to enable her innate action of of wanting to sneak out and disobey in her later teenage years. Even at this point, she spent as much time as she could on the shore-line, gazing at the stars or waving to the passing ships. Adulthood - With the blossoming allowance of her being able to dress and act as she pleased, (whether her family wished for her to or to not) she would be able to take a breath, and try and hold up the mature composure that was expected of her. Sure, she would do an alright job, up until her sister, like her mother, died trying to give birth. It was her ticket that enabled her into making her escape to spend many, many years out at sea, enabling her to claw her way up through the ranks to an honored cadet aboard a raider's ship. She would eventually, in her last thirty years at sea, live her life as a captain, of her own ship, a Yacht-tier named the 'Bloody Tide'. She would spend her days out in the sun, in the way she chose, until she began to realize she never had ties to others, in any form of relationship aside from the bond of her and her crewmates. She may have had what she wanted before, but now she wanted something different, something that she had lost. Regalia - Finally realizing she wanted more out of her time, since she knew she had so much of it, but had no interest to return to the isles, she came to a capital of the Crown Isle she had visited throughout the many years at sea. She decided to settle there for some time, docking her ship while she and her crew got some well needed rest. She found employment at various places, from a pottery store to a clinic, thought she never quite had the knack for these jobs like she did being a sailor. Ryoe also had more than one run in with the law, even with the ever-changing person in power. “A smooth sea never makes a skilled sailor.”

Pottery Art cannot be also boosted by Honed Skill 2 if already being boosted by Racial Boost. Remember to put 3 Linguistics Points per new language if said Language is not one of a parent. Make changes in a different color and tag me when finished.

Hello! Here's my review: Core Concept -Please remove the mentions of bipolar. It is typically frowned upon for characters having specific mental or behavioral disorders since it is not seen as appropriate. Proficiencies -Please remove morphing alchemy pack as that is no longer a point buy, and has been made into a special. -Also something to note about your specials, some of them are outdated such as the elemental ones. Please correct this. -As well, this is something overall. Seeing as the Teledden update just dropped, please adjust your racials and specials to fit with the update.
