"Amongst commoners, or amongst nobility, we have noticed is that some the common knowledge of Regalian Etiquette. With this in mind, we have made a Union to lend a helping hand for those who wish to learn, and hopefully teach proper Etiquette to fellow commoners and possibly nobles alike."
History of the RubyFlower Union
The Rubyflower Union of Etiquette was established on July 7, 306 A.C. by Roesia Alaire and Julienne Peirgarten, to devote themselves to the expansion of Regalian Etiquette beyond nobility and toward commonery and individuals who strive to immerse themselves in an education that revolves around proper etiquette and poise. For those who dedicate their time in learning etiquette will find themselves able to act prim and proper by the end of their course! The union has their arms open wide for all who are willing to learn, and possibly teach newer members. For bartenders, servants, butlers, maids, musicians, and even those who wish to properly call upon a titled noble- our arms are open wide to teach you!
What Are We Exactly?
The Rubyflower Union of Etiquette is summarily an organization that was created to encourage Regalian Etiquette in the daily lives for citizens in the Regalian Empire.
Actions Toward Goal
The actions being taken to work toward our student's goal will be through open or private lectures provided by our instructors. Open lessons can occur every week or every other week if they are open attendance for citizens wishing to enroll or already members. Every little bit, one of the establishers may hold an event that pertains to the practice of Regalian Etiquette and upholding it throughout the event for the members.
Code of Conduct
The code of conduct for the Union is quite straightforward, and it applies to all members who take part. Due to this being an organization dedicated to teaching etiquette, we do expect you to use the etiquette you've been taught- whether or not you have little or copious amounts of knowledge on this, especially at functions that may be held by the Union. While you are attending a function ran by the union, uniforms must be worn at all times- unless otherwise stated by your instructor or a director. Your directors and instructors are meant to be respected, and their word is final. When an director is not available to take charge at the time, then a superior or instructor will take charge of the situation.
OOC information
This is the Rubyflower Union of Etiquette! It's rather self explanatory. We teach characters and players proper Regalian Etiquette to further improve roleplay experience!
What is this: An Etiquette organization striving to teach people etiquette IC.
What do we do: Teach proper etiquette to those who wish to learn.
Why: Would you believe us that we want to help those who OOCly don't know etiquette? Well- you should! We're here to teach people ICly and OOCly!
What departments are there?: Butler, Maid, Servant, Bartenders, Musician, Server, and Basic Education.
What ranks are there:
- Flowers (Directors): These are the highest in ranking, the founders simply. They are to be respected, for they give the utmost final word.
- Petals (Instructors): These are the tutors that will aid and help the Flowers in teaching those in a lower rank if they are not present, or simply need more than one person. Each instructor manages a
- Buds (Student): This is a rank for someone who has been learning under the Union for quite some time. They're often shown much more trust than a Seedling, and have a bit more bonuses. You can graduate from the Union with this role and complete your Etiquette teaching, or request to become an Instructor (Petal).
- Seedling (Trainee): This is rather similar to the Buds role, but this is for those who have just recently decided to learn under the Union. They don't have as much trust as a Student, though they're mostly treated the same.
