Archived Roleplay And Cok

I previously posted about a way builds could participate in Crisis of Kings, soon after having a conversation with someone. And it was during this that I realized something. For the first time a system to put factions into lore existed, it was what many had wanted for years, and yet it was based on... PvP. This system, to me, makes little to no sense, give there are few (if any) Roleplayers that PvP. In light of this I've spent most of the day thinking of getting roleplayers and roleplay factions more easily involved, and here's my proposal. Points for CoK could be awarded to factions who host roleplay (or otherwise) events, aswell as to those who are known for actively roleplaying inside of their faction rather than Regalia. Other than these two concepts, I was shamefully clueless as to how else implement this. However, my hope is that others can pitch forward their ideas, and refinements to those I have already suggested.
