Found selectively across Regalia are copies of this poet's first official released piece. Each page's edges, headers, and free bottom sections are lined with swirling gold ink lines. Each word reads in fine colored print:
Rime and Inferno
Diametrically Opposed,
One of Flame, the other of Snow.
Most know how the story goes.
Inferno, a fickle flame. Melts away the ice;
Not to take the blame.
Never to touch as their colors sway.
Though what if I said there was perhaps another telling?
A feeling deep inside two souls swelling.
Never meant to touch, they broke all odds.
In the bare moonlight their love was exposed to the gods.
In ruins of religion; wishes of sweet kiss and hearts swayed.
In a shaky breath this what he said:
"My dear frosted lady, that who is cold."
"For thee I wish to light the world, to break every mold."
"Though I fear my heat touch will sear thine flesh."
"Oh woman, please cool me with thine freezing breath."
"Place a kiss upon my lips, so our souls will be one."
"Know it is my heart thine have won."
"Here now before all of the gods above."
"To thee, my woman; I confess my love."
"Accept me into thine arms, is all I plea."
"Please dear woman, set my passions free."
With a soft and gentle movement her lips locked with his face.
Their shape did not lose their grace.
For the woman could resist melting under his heat.
And even though his flame was cold, it did not know defeat.
Thus his hand reached to hold her face with its grin.
His warm touch could feel her frosted skin.
And in such an act, another story now begins.
