@Acosmism Small changes to Rhea's proficiencies, racial spells, and a little part of her life story. I shuffled up her proficiencies slightly(Her physical stat went from 23-24 so not a big change there really). Changed one racial spell which was Destined Body 1 to Empath Sense 7. I specified which academies/schools she went to during those 6 years she was gone. Thank you! :)
@Acosmism COMPLETELY REWORKED RHEA! Here's what I did: Aesthetics have been updated. Proficiencies points have been shuffled and some have been lowered or new ones added. Added new support sorcery spells so that Rhea can feel like a support character. Reworked her backstory. Added some art that I've gotten! Looking for a re-approved! THANK YOU! :)
Ten points must be invested in a proficiency before investing your racial boost, with the exception being any of the special training proficiencies.

@Acosmism Made some tiny changes to Rhea's app. I updated that she is now known as Rhea Nordhjem. I also updated the Arcane Magic Point Buy and replaced the Defensive Shield with Magic Bolt because Defensive Shield ain't an ability now. All changes made in this color!

I finally got around to updating this app. Added Sinistral Sever (Ailor Buff 1) Added Enchant Oceana and Exorcism. I changed Rhea's backstory to where instead of her learning Magic later on in her life, she was instead born with it and had to learn and master her Magic as she grew up. Also added that she knows a bit of Aetosian. All changes made in this color!
