Rented A Shop, But Chests Say I Must Be Leader Or Higher To Destroy.

The chests that were already in the shop won't let me edit them or change them because it says I must be a leader or higher to destroy or edit them. What do I do? I've opened a ticket already.
 
Just wait for a staff member to get to them. Or if the original owner is online have them unlock them.
