    This is gonna be a doozy, I apologise for that.

    • NPC Stall owners, for some additional immersion to the Military Market.
    Will you need something built for this? If so, what?
    • Stalls in the Cathedral Square, Friday 4th October.
    • Stalls near the Coliseum, Saturday 5th October.
    • Coliseum modifications to include artificial cover, wooden doors/walls/boards, perhaps some changed terrain, with a place for a blue banner and a red banner to be placed.
    What day and time would you like to have this take place? ( Please list the time of day in CST )

I would like it if world staff could decorate the Park Ballroom and surrounding area with Cyan White (grey will work ) and Black festoons, make stairs and stepping stones that take people below any bridges in the park rather than going over them (breizh people can't walk on bridges for this event), and some paintings and statues on display in the ballroom that are supposed to depict things related to unionism

    What would you like to have as an event? - A Royal Highland Games.

    What is the approximate number of people expected? - Twenty to Forty (If ever I be so lucky).

    Is this a public or a private event? - Public.

    Will you need staff actors? If so, how many and what roles? - Perhaps one to man a small business stand, I want some flavor from outside the Holy City rather than all the businesses we already know. Maybe something Gallovian?

    Will you need the use of NPCs? Which ones and why? - Perhaps some NPC Royal Guards near the Noble Stands would be useful.

    Will you need something built for this? If so, what? -
    I would like to use the current Jousting Grounds, though perhaps have the grounds turned into more of a ring for the sake of the melee and such? I will also need maybe seven or eight benches and a large tent for catering/drinks (Run by the Golden Willow).

    What day and time would you like to have this take place? - The 13th of October at 2pm CST (3pm EST).

    Where would this event be located? - The Regalian Jousting Grounds.

Cyan White and Black Festoons hanging around the ballroom, feast tables and a lot of food, a table/place for people to make and let go of floating lanterns outside, a few lanterns near the ballroom and some floating lanterns in the sky, also maybe some hanging lanterns in the ballroom if this is possible without looking too clunky but I'll leave that call up to staff.

    Will you need something built for this? Is so, what? Art pieces with signs stating the name and player artist, although I don't know what art will be there yet considering they have to be submitted. An drink and food table, if possible, as well as just general decorations with a color theme of blues and white, wintery colors. This event will be happening in the ballroom in order for there to be a large amount of space for artwork to be displayed, so the dance floor can have things placed in it rather than being open since there will be likely no dancing. I can add more if needed, but that's all I really have so far!!

      • No. The only exception to this answer is if it's possible to world edit the colors on a ship to be blue and cyan before the event. If not, I don't mind that much.

      • I'd just like a /tp to be set at one of the pre-existing ships. I am aware there are quite a few around Regalia already decorated for parties. Whether it be a pre-existing tp, or a /tp IsldarEvent, I really don't mind!

    What is the approximate number of people expected: ~14

    Is this a public or a private event: Mixture of both; public in that anyone rich enough may come, private in that it excludes the paupers and criminal vagrants.

    Will you need staff actors? If so, how many and what roles: None, but if any wish to be an immersive local betting furiously on the races, that is fine.

    Will you need the use of NPCs? Which ones and why: Rideable horses for the purpose of player jockeys having an actual steed.

    Will you need something built for this? If so, what: Yes, a few Daendroque villas for the noble guests in the area of the Hostesse beach in addition to an oval race track with stands (a separate noble area) and stalls for the steeds. Both a fireplace in the center of the noble villa and a noticeable but not prominent platform at the front of the stands for lottery tellers would be welcomed but are not wholly necessary.

    What day and time would you like to have this take place: The 'feast night' will be on Saturday the 14th of March with the main event on Sunday the 15th. Both times will be from 6-8 pm EST.

    I’d like a private venue off in the countryside with a field for the picnic blankets to be along with tables with various culturally based foods on each. Here is a list for all that I’d like to have;
    Archery Range
    Small fighting Pit
    Various Drink Tables
    If possible I’d also like a nature trail set up with docile animals to be spotted and observed along with it.

I would also like it if the harp on the stage was removed and a stone wall with a door and some torches on the stage's right side was added for scenery. Finally, if possible I would like it if a black dragon symbol could be built over the top of where the curtain would go for decoration.
