(Existing venue / building) I would like to have those 3 stalls close to the theater on the festival grounds edited to have animal cages and almost like a petting zoo (In a sense) Then a stall with the Caring Claws Vet sign for purchasing the animals. Within the theater, I want a few obstacles set up with the information within the comments here!

      • A spring debutante ball.
    • ✧ What is the approximate number of people expected?

      • Easily 75-100 as it’s meant to be a big noble ball. The entire nobility, knights, and their circles if they want to bring them - we want to be as accommodating of people as we can be. Big night for a lot of folks.
    • ✧ Is this a public or a private event?

      • Public to nobility and knights.
    • ✧ Will you need staff actors? If so, how many and what roles?

      • None!
    • ✧ Will you need something built for this? If so, what? (New venue / building)

      • A wide-open ballroom with space enough for a lot of people to emote. For part of the event, we will be awarding a prize based on dance emotes, so we’ve specifically asked people to emote that loudly. Because of that, we need to see them, but we don’t want to spam chat out - so we need a bigger dance floor that people can spread out across so that chat doesn’t move too quickly. We also intend to line everyone up in the middle in two rows, one for men and one for women, so we’re going to need space enough for that. We will have final number counts a week before the event takes place.

      • This is an event that will have some discussion of the sun and moon, so we’d love to have a sun and moon on opposing sides of the ballroom. We’ll put the women on the side with the moon and the men on the side with the sun, so please stick them where they go best!

      • We’d like the ballroom themed after florals and spring items, so a lot of flowers around and nature-y vibes. Feel free to go as cottagecore as your heart desires! We want it to be as cute as possible.
    • ✧ Will you need something re-decorated for this? If so, what? (Existing venue / building)

      • For the rehearsal balls, we need the Ithanian district’s ballroom decorated and lit. Please do it in florals with draping wool from the top, with a chandelier in the middle. Lanterns hung from the draping wool would be excellent. Color theme should match the general district instead of any one house.
    • ✧ What day and time would you like to have this take place? (Please list in EST).

      • Friday, March 11 at 7 PM EST for the main event. Rehearsal balls are February 4, 25, and March 4 at 7 PM EST.

      • A big open ballroom with space enough for everyone. Think the Imperial ballroom in terms of space, but I’m not sure if I’d be able to have access to that, so I’m asking for a new one.

    No.

    Where would this event be located?
    The empty ballroom next to the new Bancroft and Schwarzkrau estate.

    Standard ballroom decoration - except make it glittery, crystal and overall eyecatching. There should be a small, runway-like stage furthest in, and a box designated as the 'donation box' placed near the entrance. The deco shouldn't be too cluttered and offer a lot of space for people to dance or stand around.

    Preferred colors are white, pink, turqouise, yellow and red that give off opalescence with gold as tertiary metal. Glass panes, decoheads, amethyst crystal or coral blocks dotting around. Otherwise use your best judgement!

    ✧ If an existing venue, will you need it re-decorated for your event? If so, how? Just wish for there to be a bunch of tables with two chairs, very romantic and colorful surrounding area with a small stage for a musician, and then a small area for painting.

(To be funded ic by civics donations) plus maybe a sign explaining that it's in honor of the fallen mercs who defended the keep during the crisis of 309

    • We want an outside area for this and the upcomming set of events. I have made a red wool exclamation point outside the estate where we want a gazebo built in the same fashion as the nearby arena. We'd like a dance floor on there, with benches on the sides, aswell as drinks and food stands. If possible add a small stage on the end of the gazebo. Reminder that it's for Velheim events so nothing to chic and fancy. Simple will do.

Just wish to add more carnival games to the Seaside Fair Area and well as some businesses (Just add their name and change the color of stalls) and then I would like a more clear bath towards the tent with like bushes on the sides or walls to guide people in (almost like a circus!)

We'd also need a chest with books in it, so everyone has one. I can provide the fully written books, once submissions for the displays closes on the 20th. So if I have permission to place them, I can shove them into the item frames. Or I can hand them off to staff. I can also let staff know what was submitted, by the 20th. I assume they'll mostly just be small items in cases. There's also meant to be catering, so a food/drink table would be good.

Firstly, two fairly small booths if this is possible, and secondly, a larger tent (not huge, but just larger in comparison to the smaller booths). Thirdly, and lastly, I'd like a wall stationed off on one of the sides large enough for multiple signs to be placed!

    I would need some horses spawned that players can ride. No new structure needs to be built. If anything, perhaps a small temporary rectangular roped-off area in the middle of the field, forming a rectangular track, blocking off the middle so riders have boundaries. Fencing to establish a track pretty much. And a finish/start line if possible.

    ✧ What would you like to have as an event? Real Steel rock em sock em robot cage fighting! For real, it's clockwork golem fighting. The event goes like this: Clockwork engineers show off their golems and try to get nobility to sponsor them with this big auction. Once every golem has a sponsor, they fight in a tournament with showy emotes. Assuming there aren't a terrible lot of clockwork engineers who can make golems, I'll need staff actors to pad the roster. I can write descriptions for the golems, if staff can handle the combat (pre-rolled outcomes, then emoting). Then all the coin gathered gets split into the prize pool, and the rest is donated to the civics ministry.

    Standard soiree-esque decoration, with 4 or 6 (if there is space) tables for contestants (4 people per table) and some seats/tables for spectators nearby. Will need buttons on Redstone lamps for contestants to push when they have answers to questions, and permission to push buttons enabled in the region for everyone. Will need permission to place and remove signs & blocks on a board for topics.

    I will let you choose the appropriate room in the Palace for this - there are unused and existing rooms that can work.
