    Yes, a new venue! Seeing that none of the venues really fit for the groups who'll be attending.
    (1259, 81, 6189) A wooden cabin that can fit at least 25 people with small tables around for dining for groups of various members, overall a cozy and comfortable vibe with nothing overly lavish that matches the Winteride.
    (1258 79 6184) 5-6 Tents surrounding a big firepit with a sparring pit off to the side. Possibly a smaller firepit off to the side​

    Yes, I need the Undercroft at /Tp Undercroft decorated to be more in-theme with the season, and I'd like the following, if possible:
    -Snow around the outside building
    -The red-ringed arena outside the church to be decorated with snow forts/snowmen

    For wintertide decoration in the building itself, just the usual wreathes/trees/banners in theme with the season. Carpet color can be changed, and generally anything else christmas-y. (I have a hard time describing these kinds of things, so I'll be happy with really anything along these lines.)

    This'll be at the Festival Grounds, so I'd love to have that big stage in the colosseum done up in some big fun decor! I also need a little 'judge table' with five seats, ideally at the same level as the stage (think American Idol, America's Got Talent, X Factor, etc.) that we can have. I'd also like to have a funky piano and microphone on the stage for musical acts.​

    If you could make the venue all big and glitzy and fun - we want it to really feel excessive. Lots of fun decoration - it'll be after Christmas, so not explicitly Christmas-themed, but whatever your heart desires to make it really show the hostesses' Ithanian decadence!
    Also, @Audianna is working to nail down local businesses to set up in the stalls, so those might have to get color-swapped / vibed out, but this is a very little thing so no worries if it doesn't happen.​

    We need one. We need the Officiant to marry the couple together as we are unable to find one. The couple worships Dragons, so if you can please keep that in mind.

    We need a few benches along an isle, and an archway at the end of it (you know, pretty wedding things). Possibly a seating area and a dance area if manageable.

    We'd like the park to have an blue and white sort of vibe to the place so it's more aesthetically pleasing. Personally, both of us that play these characters want the World Staff to have the creative freedom to make what they think an Isldar wedding would look like. We want to be surprised, and anything you all may come up with will be more than enough.

And food and drink items to be set out on the table all the way to the left in the dining room! I forgot about this part- so sorry.

    A combat tournament where it doesn't matter your racial abilities or magic/ritualism. It will basically allow all fights to be a fair 1v1 without magic or anything getting in the way.

    The festival grounds area where it looks like a colloseum but with a stage instead of a fighting pit. I need it changed to change the stage area to a fighting pit so it looks like a fighting area instead of a stage.

    Where would this event be located? I'd like to use the Imperial Progress, please. No decorations or building necessary. Since dinner will be served, I was thinking that outdoor seating area with the stage, but I don't know how many usually show up to these types of events so perhaps an area with more seats would be better.

    Thanks! If the Progress isn't available we can also use Grey Gate, but I just wanted to try!

    A stage needs to be constructed in the central playing area of the Highlander's Games area with the necessary set pieces which will need to be changed during the course of the performance if possible. Finally some minor changes to accommodate the different crafts being sold at each vendor's stand.
