The Isldar Refuge is a group of devoted Isldar branching from the Isldar Keeps in Ellador with the soul purpose of repairing the Soul Rivers and gathering those fallen from Frisit's grace to show them the right path of worship. The Refuge provides Isldar with a community of their own keep inside of Regalia's city walls.
A keep where they can fully flourish within their culture and Religion despite being far from the Frostweaver and the frost blessed lands of Ellador.
The purpose of the Refuge is to provide a safe haven from Isldar who have wandered from their homeland and integrated into Ailor and other Nelfin society to be with their kin and fully embrace the culture of Ellador raised Isldar.
Previously ran by Priestess Siora herself who has stepped down from her faith. Leaving the Refuge in the hands of the Vixaris brothers and next in line High Priestess Tisara Lellvyone.
One must not attack unless provoked.
One must not cause conflict intentionally.
One must keep their belief between Isldar and only Isldar.
One must stray away from those of other blood.
One must always protect the Refuge.
Every Fallen /must/ provide something for the Refuge and assist their kin.
