I will first address the Count Abelhard Rote of Griptham. The House von Rahm has spoken no such ill of your colonial nature. Having colonies of our own to the east, we have no reason to mock you nor your lands. The mutterings of other aristocrats is as illegitimate as the alliance my niece signed with House Krupp in the Ninth Patriarchs 'stead'.

To the Lords and Ladies of the Empire, I apologize for my irrational and foolish decision to support traitors of the Empire over the basis of 'honoring' an impulsive alliance sought out by my predecessor, Hamelin von Rahm. I wish to express the illegitimacy of the alliance, being not directly signed by the previous patriarch nor myself, but rather my naive niece who attempted to do so in his place. The House von Rahm will be seeking a diplomatic solution with House Typhonus, and rectifying our situation by ending the alliance with the dishonorable and traitorous House Krupp and rendering it null by terms of illegitimacy and dishonor to the Empire. That being said, the House von Rahm will make the following announcement:

The Stalwart Ram hereby denounces House Krupp, House von Bruhl, and the Northern Alliance, condoning the actions of House Typhonus against the North. The Count of Hinter Calem now seeks audience with the Archduke, to diplomatically rectify the current state of affairs and offer support to the Calemberg Union. This being said, The Stalwart Ram pledges to defend the colonies from the aggressing traitors alongside House Rote, and urges House Drachenburg and House Ravenstad to tend the wall with their fellow Unionist Brethren, and silence the pretender.

Harric would read the announcement and scoff "He doesn't even stay in the war for more than a few days without switching sides. Even though he sided with the right side in the end it shows you how trustworthy he can be."

@MrOof1

Jason sighs as he'd look towards the announcement, rubbing the bridge of his nose. "It's hard to trust anyone these days.. I pray that the North understand their actions before any deaths have to be involved. May the Spirit have Mercy.."

@CorrosGaming

"If you're going to start something, might as well stick through it like a man, instead of cowering in fear and turning your back on your allies and betraying their trust. No matter what those northerners may have done, it's entirely worse to prove yourself an entirely untrustworthy and unreliable man." Prince Rodrigo Peirgarten stated in a rantly voice as he read the writ in the confines of his castle, while delighting on a strawberry that he picked out from a fruit bowl. "I'll keep this writ as a reminder never to trust a single word that comes out of Siegfried's mouth."

"Cowardice is irreconcilable, Count. Your family's nature as spineless cravens who leap at the opportunity to save their own skin and betray their allies at the first sign of politicking gone awry does not go unnoticed by anyone in this empire. If you must, lay down and die like the dogs you are, but atleast have the common decency to stay true to those who you cast your lot in with. It is pathetic to see the dying breath of a house wasted on trying to deflect blame, and in essence, drive a dagger through the backs of the people who supposedly thought them to be friends and allies, even if they are in the wrong." Mused Arthane of Brilonde, upon reading the denunciation out to his dear ally.

@Jonificus

"I am familiar with the feeling of a dagger in the back, and I can promise the von Rahms that this act of treachery will not soon be forgiven by the northerners, nor praised by onlookers or foes. I pray for von Rahm that Typhonous and his allies take kindly to this gesture, for if they do not, von Rahm will be left alone, isolated and without friends," says Louis Delmotte after reading out the denunciation to himself, and whatever family who might have been present.

@Emma @Salvej @canaaa

"The new blood of nobility, son. A generation of deer in a world made for wolves. They flaunt antlers in these streets, and they loudly taunt one another. But when their playtime wakens the wolf, they hide. You cannot expect more of them, it is in their base nature. Pity." Hengest Harhold makes his reply to his son-in-law, tone unimpressed.
@Bagley_

"It's almost as if people believe that he has broken an oath, when in reality only his kinswoman signed the document and it has no validity in current affairs past that."

"It's almost as if people believe he is simply shifting the blame, and that the fact that his kinswoman signed an agreement which is only now publicly denounced, is in reality only denounced because it is now no longer fortuitous for House von Rahm to support the Northern Defense Pact. Ernesta von Rahm makes for a very convenient scapegoat, and the only people who are willing to excuse the actions of the von Rahms and their sudden turncoating are those who wish to make shills out of them and benefit from the situation." smirks Arthane of Brilonde.

@TheyCalledMeKiko

"Traitorous and dishonourable." The Krupp laughed. "Those are some big words fer a coward tah throw about."

A vanilla scented Aristocratic gent twiddled his finely curved mustache haughtily, "Ah-ha! Finally, a new Challenger arises in the Snow realms! Let us make haste for the Crown City at once!" And so the Termini shall soon return.

"Like a septic boil that festers atop the withered and filthy skin of the plague-ridden leper, the von Rahm does swell and burst with the repugnant pus of dishonour and cowardice. At the mere application of pressure, this cretin submits and recoils into an abyss far more belonging to the nature of the Void and does squeel and shriek like a scolded child at the behest of foreigners that wish to distance his scalp from his skull. Perhaps the epithet of 'dog' does not so wrongly describe the nature of this man that rolls over to expose his stomach so willingly. Perhaps he too sees to the cleanliness of his genitals in a similar way." Agnarr Krupp would remark.
