Example/Use Case
Someone in OOC notices is polling for event availability, I give a plus reaction.
Reactions are good for polling interest without using the poll feature. Users or moderators can have the option to remove reactions or block users that act disrespectfully towards them with reactions. They are also fun when used respectfully, which is the majority of the time. I'd like them back in the OOC-Notices channel.
