In the middle of civil unrest between the district of Crookback and Regalia's Law-Abiding Towns, Ragthorn's Hostel invites Crookback denizens and Undercity dwellers to a night of cut-throat gambling and sleight of hand. From criminal networking to underhanded deal-cutting, this event welcomes shady, somewhat unsavoury, entrepreneurs to a gathering of maligned and clever-minded.
