I could cover #4 as a last resort. I have an ancient Sony Vegas editor and a fair amount of experience editing videos. Just give me the video and audio files; I'll put 'em together neatly.

 

I say 'last resort' as in if anyone has greater editing experience and a more professional editor, by all means go ahead.
