I had a battle with an individual the other day within our faction territory and when i killed him he imediately respawned very close to his deathpoint. I killed him 2 other times with the same thing happening until he finally killed me. Is this even possible without having a bed set in that area without some sort of mod? I have been looking for glitches online with no luck. I am not naming the person until i have proof of wrong doing but if i find proof i will present it in a ban request.

As i know, there could be something that caused that.
If a bed is too close to a wall, it happens that you dont respawn on the bed, you will then respawn on top of the wall close to the bed.

example
...O
..-|--o==> <- guy respawning

|Mmm <-bed

Anyways, if he really slept in one bed in your faction territory, then he broke a rule.

Otherwise, there is/was a bug that caused people to spawn right where they died.
But as you said it was "close" to his deathpoint but not "on" his deathpoint it is probably not that bug.

Well then, it seems we may have a mole.[DOUBLEPOST=1357408913][/DOUBLEPOST]

It could have been on his deathpoint. I do know that it was instant and within 10 to 15 blocks from me. It was unexpected for him to respawn so close and fast. Also the only reason he killed me is i had no time to regen and he had full health over and over.
