Today, I'm auctioning off Queenwall17. It's incredibly close to spawn and just a few blocks away from the Willow. Literally, just go over the bridge off to the left of the tavern, walk past the Vauclain Winery, and bam! There's the house, right there on the corner. Doors will be open so you can take a tour, so feel free to.
