A man in a blue robe and chainmail set begins to approach the platform that had been erected in front of the Regalian Church. Standing in front of the large crowd, barely able to hear himself, Posidem began to cast a charm on his voice. Not sure if his voice was loud enough, he yelled, "Friends, calm yourselves! I am here to inform you of the plans of The Last Queen of Avgard, The Destroyer of Fellowship, The Amazing Architect, The Beautimous and Illustrious PurpleStarship." Hearing his voice echo through the streets and shake the very platform he was standing on, he stopped yelling. Proceeding in a more quiet tone, he began,"Milady is extremely sorry for her absence at this gathering and has sent me here to do what she cannot. What might does she want me to do, you may be asking yourself. Well, I will tell you! My Queen plans on becoming the next Oligarch of the Military District!"
Watching the crowd roar with questions, comments, and concerns, Posidem gave them a minute to calm down. He then said, "I know you have many questions and comments, but allow me to explain her views and plans. To start off with, Purple will begin to search for new Generals for the Regalian Militia. She will not stop her search she has the best of the best for the military. However, if the Generals are proven unworthy positions by their actions or by the population, she will dispose of them swiftly." The crowd gave a cheer, approving of the message. One citizen, however, had something else to say. He asked, "How can she be the Oligarch of the Military District if she's a pacifist?" Knowing this would come up, Posidem replied with a warming smile, "Although has been known for being quiet and docile when it comes to matters, she is capable of utterly destroying armies if they come at her heads on. Seeing as no army has been foolish enough to do so, no one has seen the true military genius that lies dormant."
Allowing the crowd to simmer down, he continued on saying, "This is not the only thing she will bring for Regalia. Purple plans on providing weapons, armor, and food for all members of the Regalian Military. No soldier will ever go hungry or need to scavenge for proper equipment. This military will be feared by all enemies of Regalia."
"By becoming Oligarch of the Military District, she guarantees the smooth administration of the Regalian Military. Everything will be well organized and accounted for. Not a single rock will be out of place, and the entire district will gain a new sheen that can only be attributed to Purple when she gains her new title. As for our new emperor, we will provide guards for their comfort and protection!"
"This new and pristine district will need to be filled by soldiers. These soldiers will, of course, be as diverse and unique as the world of Massive itself! Each race will contribute in their own way. The Dwarves with their stout and tough bodies, and mastery of the axe can decapitate enemies quickly and be in the front line where all the honor is achieved; however, the Elves will assist them by shooting down the enemies with their powerful bows. Not only will the Dwarves be in the front line obtaining honor, but as will the Orcs! Their strength and mastery of war will be irreplaceable. The human soldiers will help obtain resources for the construction of new military bases." The majority of the crowd was pleased, but a few of the minor races grumbled and accused her of discrimination. Wanting to please the other races, Posidem quickly said, "Do not think my Queen has forgotten about you, my dear friends! She has special plans for your kind. Especially, the creatures of the night."
Hoping this appeased the tense crowd, he proceeded with his speech. "The sea, however, also needs protection from pirates and other evil entities. Purple plans on refurbishing, reinventing, and expanding the Regalian Navy! This navy will be powerful and adventurous! Exploring new continents with undiscovered riches, that will be brought back here for the continuation of the city."
"Finally, PurpleStarship will be a faithful, active, and benevolent Oligarch of the Military District and is worthy of your vote!" With the crowd roaring and the sun shining bright, Posidem bowed quickly and walked off the platform.
