I don't know why, but when I wrote ''[ Spoiler ]'' it appeared THREE of them. GOD DANG IT.

I like them, but I doubt you could actually get anyone to stand on the streets of Regalia long enough to have a painting done.
 
With a good amount of super-glue, everything can be done.
 
For example, in Thortuna's picture, I asked to take a portrait and she stood still. I begin to paint her, and then the surroundings. When I am done with painting her, she can walk out of the picture :D
