Persecution Of Pro-vampires

I move that the Regalian Police arrest and hang all those who help vampires throughout Regalia. If anyone is to be found with a vampire, they shall both be arrested and hung. The human (or any other race) may be tried to see if he is loyal to Regalia. We've let the vampires live long enough! Their time is done, and we need no one in our path!

There have been arrests, but as you can imagine most people are not willing to be taken to jail. This makes doing anything about it like hanging them slightly difficult.
