Backstory/Plothooks:
Pellica is one of the newer Bralla a second generation, who took to the seas with her trusty Lupawn Nulla when the barrier to Justinia broke. Her raft broke and she was lost at sea for some time, before eventually thanks to currents ended up in Regalia where she learned about the world and magic. She took a quick interest in magic and became invested in such a new idea, becoming one of the first Bralona magic casters.
