A notice is posted around the Regalian undercity, ranging
from Crookback to the Black Market underneath Main Street.
By its bottom is a red insignia depicting a snake with a pair of bat wings.
From this day on, the Serpent's Hollow officially claims the Rogue Court district in the Regalian undercity under its influence. Our claim ranges from the start of the tunnel by the Black Market, to the Crookback Sewer Entrance, and from there to the border of the Carpe Noctem's claim of the southern sewers, as well as the guild's own base of operations.
This won't change as many things as it may sound. We will not bar most from entering areas we oversee, however parties openly hostile to us or vice versa can expect to be dealt with on sight. If extensive protection of the district ends up being required, those not part of the guild, living in the area, may be asked to compensate for our services. On top of that we will be taking over and re-opening the Emergency Exit, which has already been filled with new stock.
Those wishing to challenge our claim of the district may attempt to do so, but we will not relinguish our claim without a fight.
