This Thread is nice for the organization of centralized Knight Data, but it doesn't allow much in terms of actual discussion organization. This thread instead, will use the data from that thread to discuss potential pre-existing relations between Knights. So let's get some things out of the way first:
  • Anyone who is a Knight is capable of training anyone who is a recruit. Even if the Knight only just graduated, they can stand-in or consistently provide lessons for the recruits. (We're ignoring the requirement of a specific age to be a teacher for the sake of Roleplay)
  • All Knights know of each other's titles. Even if they have never met face to face, the Titles are all recorded centrally, and all Knights know at all times of the legacy and reputation of all other Knights.
With that in mind, we have no real obstacles to take this data in whatever way we like to help roleplay relations:
So how do we deal with this information on this thread:
  • The best way to go about this is to simply mark up every Knight title, and indicate if you'd like to have a pre-defined relation. You can either do this by comparing to someone who has already posted his, and seeing if you'd agree to it, discuss an alternative, or post your own suggestion in case the other person has not yet posted. Simply take a lead from the poster above you.
I will give a go at the first post, wait until I've produced that post @Walrusaur_ @Mooffins @MonMarty @Wumpatron @FireFan96 @ThirtyOneBravo @KrakenLord01 @AptlyRatley @Zombiel3ait @Koajack

Cedromar's Potential Interactions:
  • The Twindragon Knight
    • No Interaction in mind.
  • The Winter Knight
    • I think it'd be interesting if Percy and Cedric met once somewhere between 280 and 290, either with Percy as a lecturer or instructor during one particular lesson, or as the person who was tasked with disciplining Cedric when he had broken the house rules of the order. I think it puts an additional historical layer to their relation, especially if Cedric largely forgot about it, but Percy did not, and the two never talked about it.
  • The Guardian Knight
    • No Interaction in mind, but open to suggestions.
  • The Wulf Knight
    • No Interaction in mind, but open to suggestions.
  • The Laughing Knight
    • Given the 3 year difference between Cedric and Folcard, I think it'd be curious if Cedric for the lack of a better term "Bullied" Folcard during these years, either by going far too rough on him during sparring matches or breaking his stuff.
  • The Bull Knight
    • No Interaction in mind, but open to suggestions.
  • The Zealous Knight
    • No Interaction in mind, but open to suggestions.
  • The Flower Knight
    • I have no interaction in mind. Maybe the Flower Knight could have been involved with some disciplining.
  • The Feral Knight
    • I think it'd be interesting if Wulfram and Cedric met numerous times between 280 and 290, and that Wulfram was a repeating instructor or teacher who had to deal with his rambunctious behavior. That way it creates the comical contrast between Wulfram repeatedly sending him off from lessons to be punished for disobeying his commands, arguing with his instructor, and now 15 years later, he is his God and Emperor, and granted him a Viscounty, which would also make more sense in historical narrative, in that Cedric is a very different person that he was back during training.

  • The Twindragon Knight
    • Nothing specific in mind, though the two likely encountered each other at some point during the gap between the Chrysant Wars and the Ranger Crisis as Wulfram had returned to teach new students at the castle.
  • The Winter Knight
    • Its nearly impossible in my mind that Percival and Wulfram wouldn't have interacted given their respective timelines. They entered training roughly a year apart and graduated in the same year. As such, I feel the two would have likely hit things off early on given their similar cultures. This could however be hindered by the difference in privilege with Percival being raised as a nobleman and Wulfram being raised as a wealthy commoner.
  • The Guardian Knight
    • Nothing specific in mind, though the two likely encountered each other at some point during the gap between the Chrysant Wars and the Ranger Crisis as Wulfram had returned to teach new students at the castle.
  • The Wulf Knight
    • Nothing specific in mind, though the two likely encountered each other at some point during the gap between the Chrysant Wars and the Ranger Crisis as Wulfram had returned to teach new students at the castle.
  • The Laughing Knight
    • Nothing specific in mind, though the two likely encountered each other at some point during the gap between the Chrysant Wars and the Ranger Crisis as Wulfram had returned to teach new students at the castle.
  • The Bull Knight
    • It is entirely possible that Frederico and Wulfram fought together during the Chrysant Wars as part of an exclusively Viridian unit or perhaps commanding two units that worked together.
  • The Zealous Knight
    • Nothing specific in mind, though the two likely encountered each other at some point during the gap between the Chrysant Wars and the Ranger Crisis as Wulfram had returned to teach new students at the castle.
  • The Flower Knight
    • Nothing in mind, but open to suggestions.
  • The Fury Knight
    • I certainly agree the dynamic between Cedric and Wulfram would be an interesting one, even going along a sort of Anakin/ Obi-Wan parallel in the sense that Cedric is more rambunctious as you said and Wulfram tends to be on the straight and narrow. The shift in dynamic for them to finally meet again after such a length of time would then be given far more weight than it initially had, and would inevitably open up new dialogues for them to have.

Eldrich's Potential Interactions:
  • The Feral Knight
    • No Interaction in mind. Though I'm sure Eldrich would have seen Cedromar as the epitome of what not to do as a Viridian.
  • The Winter Knight
    • I'd like to think Eldrich learned some of his swordsmanship from Percy, given the grandmaster proficiency in the weapon. Other than that I have nothing.
  • The Guardian Knight
    • Given both came from the same graduating class, Eldrich probably sees Aronne as a good rival to have, probably having a lot of their classroom spars together.
  • The Wulf Knight
    • I'd like to think Eldrich saw Theo as a fellow blue blood going through the training, serving as a hint as to what the next classes would entail, and sparring with him.
  • The Laughing Knight
    • No Interaction in mind, but open to suggestions.
  • The Bull Knight
    • No Interaction in mind, but open to suggestions.
  • The Zealous Knight
    • No Interaction in mind, but open to suggestions.
  • The Flower Knight
    • Harald would've been the Knight that trained Eldrich in the use of his Kite Shield the most, as well as the constant bastion of knowledge about the Order. Given Harald is Eldrich's uncle, I see their relation as being fairly close.
  • The Feral Knight
    • Probably taught a class or hosted a sparring session after the Chrysant War. Nothing specific in mind.

  • The Twindragon Knight
    • Aronne would've been more than happy to have a bit of friendly competition with Eldrich, though Eldrich's higher social status would've made him seem a tad unapproachable to Aronne, meaning most if not all interaction would've had to have been initiated on Eldrich's part.
  • Cedromar The Feral Knight
    • Definitely wouldn't have talked to Cedromar unless he initiated, and even then would've seemed quite uncomfortable, mainly due to his name but also due to Cedric's erratic and rebellious behavior.
  • The Winter Knight
    • Neutral, open to suggestions.
  • The Wulf Knight
    • Would've liked to have been friends with Theodore, if he'd reciprocated since he embodied the type of Knight Aronne aspired to be -- capable of being joyous and fun, or grounded and serious, depending on the situation.
  • The Laughing Knight
    • Though Folcard may've come off as a bit immature due to his sense of humor, Aronne still would've befriended him given the opportunity, though due to the age and personality differences they probably wouldn't have been close friends.
  • The Bull Knight
    • Aronne tended to avoid Frederico due to him coming off generally as a disrespectful arse, but still showed respect simply because he didn't have much of a choice.
  • The Zealous Knight
    • Neutral, open to suggestions.
  • The Flower Knight
    • Neutral, open to suggestions.
  • The Feral Knight
  • No interaction out of the ordinary, though Wulfram's title and stories were off-putting and intimating to Aronne.
  • The Gilded Knight
  • Aronne never really got to know Axelric, and though he would've been friendly toward him, he didn't think highly of his lack of drive.

  • The Twindragon Knight
    • Perhaps Henri and Eldrich went on some Viridian mission together, or some extended training.
  • The Winter Knight
    • I'd like the idea of Percy acting as a teacher during some training lesson or some other leadership role over Henri, perhaps punishing him for his temper every now and again?
  • The Guardian Knight
    • Considering their ages perhaps they did some sort of training together as recruits in the order, or went on a few missions.
  • The Wulf Knight
    • Considering their ages perhaps they did some sort of training together as recruits in the order, or went on a few missions.
  • The Laughing Knight
    • Perhaps they went through training together, or something in that regard.
  • The Bull Knight
    • No Interaction in mind.
  • The Furry Knight
    • No Interaction in mind.
  • The Flower Knight
    • Maybe he could have been an instructor or leader of a Viridian mission, or as above someone in charge of scolding him.
  • The Feral Knight
    • Maybe another instructor or someone in charge of scolding him.

  • Character Name
    • Dominic Greife Allestraine.
  • Character age (currently)
    • 28
  • Year of entry training
    • 288 AC
  • Year of graduation
    • 298 AC
  • Did they participate in the Chrysant War? (answer with yes, they were present at XYZ)
    • No.
  • Did they participate in the Ranger Crisis? (answer with yes, they were present at XYZ)
    • No.
  • Did they participate in the First Elven War? (answer with yes, they were present at XYZ)
    • No.
  • Did they participate in the Songaskian War? (answer with yes, they were present at XYZ)
    • Yes, at the battle of Altaqq when the Regalian advance was overrun.
  • Were they present at the Battle of Curag Fields? (answer with yes, they were present at XYZ)
    • No.
  • How was your character during training?
    • He spent most of his freetime studying religious texts, and he was inducted into a choir for the Viridian Castle chapel. What he didn't spend in the library, he spent training his endurance and tolerance. He never excelled at sword combat, but held a keen talent when it came to defensive measures and taking barrages of hits.
  • How did they interact with other Viridians?
    • He respects those who studied alongside him, and even more so those who did so before him. He did however not hesitate to rat out anywho he felt were violating either the creeds or the code of honor, sometimes taking the matters into personal hands and duelling the "sinner", or administering beatings, aided by a small religious cult of Viridians.
  • How did they interact specifically with trainees?
    • The trainees were Dominic main targets for punishment. He pretty much only interracted with those trainees who also had been inducted into the choir, and they formed a small religious gang that would engage in self-punishment and fasting as well as seeking out the slightest signs of deviation from the creeds.
  • How did they interact specifically with the Paladins?
    • Dominic made good friends with a portion of the paladins for his singing abilities and efforts in the choir and the school. He respected them, and always tried to seek them out for tips and the like. Even now, the Elders and the paladins are the few people Dominic will seek advice from besides the Synod.
  • How did they interact specifically with the Elders?
    • What little interactions he had with the Elders were either scoldings or advice. He respected the Elders and the primae greatly, though sometimes felt his morals unaligned with the elders, and more importantly, he felt that the Elder's were unaligned with unionism. While he certaintly held them in high regard, he also held disdain for a select few of them, as they conflicted his own zealous point of view.
  • What Knightly title did your Knight have?
    • "The Aegis Knight"
    • Dominic was called "The Aegis Knight", for his strong defensive capabilities and endurance that he demonstrated during the battle of Altaqq where we took several grievous strikes, keeping on his feet to cover his fellow viridian's retreat, blocking arrows and spears with his tower shield.
