*waits patiently for another 2 years*
Been there, a year ago. Now I have one year, and one month.
Just one question regarding the Info Department. On the staff departments section on the website it doesn't say anything about an info department. Why is that?
Thats because at the time this thread was posted.. there WAS an Info Department, but it has since been removed. The PVP Department also had been re-absorbed into the Game department since that OP was posted.
ONE MORE YEAR BABY.
I believe us under 16 year old players should stop spamming the thread so it is easier for Marty to answer questions. In the end, I doubt posts like this, which I too am guilty of, are that important. So, as excited as we all are to become 16, get a driver's license, a car, and a staff position, we need to take into account the relivince of every post we make to see if it helps, or inhibits staff's work, not only on this thread but all threads. Good luck becoming a blueberry in a year though!
Also remember that simply being 16 doesn't get you a staff position, the whole reason behind the age restriction in the first place is to make sure that all staff candidates are appropriately mature, which the "lel only 1 more year" posts dont really shout "im mature"
I just presented an awful 3 page story and realized while presenting it that I forgot to proofread so this is really bugging me.
I used where when were was needed...
I used a noun too many times
I am ashamed of myself
I probably wrote the story drunk
Sorry! Just excited is all.
Only a year left to wait. =P
You can make it Lego .m.
What department tho
Is this ever going to be changed to “and/or Discord”?
How long does an application typically take to go through for Game or Roleplay?
Teamspeak is still the main form of communication used by Staff for doing their job. CoK meetings are held in Teamspeak. Team meetings are held in Teamspeak. Department meetings are held in Teamspeak. Individual direction is held in Teamspeak.
To be fair, Discord is not used very much by staff unless they are communicating with other community members who don't use TS or are just talking to their friends. Staff work/discussion almost always takes place on Teamspeak.
Applications require approval from your department leader and Direction staff. Some applications can be left sitting, other can be returned a decision straight away. This is due to the fact that while a department mightn’t be recruiting in June, it could be recruiting in July. Often applications to departments that require staff immediately are processed quicker.
As much as I knew Massive was a pretty big thing, I never realized that you were actually established as a company. Also, for anyone who is sixteen, Massive are actually handing out a fantastic opportunity as any reference on a cv can be helpful.
Okay but this isn't true anymore FYI.
gonna remain true till im unbanned from it
Have they switched to Discord yet?
