The yellow-stained notices would be shrouded through the city, on the sides of buildings, and various noticeboards. The writing was legible. All notices were stamped with the sigil of balance, a common symbol used by the Old Guard.

Warrants have been placed upon the following individuals for the crimes stated under each by right of the Old Guard. These warrants are final until further notice.​

❂ Eleanora du Kirsch

• Wanted for assault with the intent to kill a woman part of the Regalian Guard Enforcement, which is by all accounts illegal.

• Wanted for damaging private property of the Wunderbar.

• Wanted for assault of a child.

• Wanted for resisting arrest of Regalian Guard Enforcement.

• Wanted for hiding her identity.

• Wanted for affiliating themselves with a criminal.
  
• Wanted for possession of an Illegal Weapon.

• Wanted for affiliating themselves with a criminal.

• Wanted for possession of an Illegal Weapon.

Message to the People:

For those who seek to aid our Guard Enforcements, and inform us of their presence on the surface, the description of the Criminals are as followed:

-Eleanora du Kirsch:

Archblood, female and blond. Wears armour and sometimes a mask. Wonders the sewers.

-Lewyn:

Kathar, Female. Has one golden eye, and an eye patch as well as horns. White hair, average height. Wearing sleeveless shirt, raggy pants.

-Rennyn:

Kathar, Male. Has black eyes with red starry flecks of light. He has black hair with red tones. Tall. Wearing darkened armour.
