A notice would be found in all the most prominent noticeboards in relatively fine script, written to the people of Regalia, lowborn and high.

Greetings Regalians of Crookback, Main Town and the Sewers,

Of recent this city where we live has been filled with horror, pain and argument. Political, religious, ideological, warring or otherwise. Noticeboards have been filled with threats and vitriol, founded or unfounded, against one another. I wanted to offer a reprieve and a chance to celebrate the good that might (I hope) be happening. To bring a little joy and hope to people through the good things that are occurring in others lives, so that the people might try to find such good in their own or at least try and uplift such emotions in the others around them so that they might share their joy as well. As such I open this as a note of forum, to any responses speaking of the good that has happened this week in you good folks lives, to achieve the goal that I wish for everyone to achieve in these dark times. And, if it is successful and busy, I may open another next week on the same day.

I will, however note that I have some simple rules. As a first, I do not wish for people to speak of brutal and bloody conquests in your posts. I don't wish to see talk of such events that are not friendly duels or spars that ended honourably and happily for both parties. I also would not like to hear political wins and victories, as these may be controversial and rile folks up, which could lead to an argument and a waste of paper. Religious events are allowed but do not post if they are to simply spit on other religions or peoples that they might disagree with. As a final note, do not post responses that actively insult or spoil the joy that others are feeling. Just because you may feel rotten, or angry, doesn't mean everyone should, even those you may see post that you dislike or hate.

I, sadly, have little to note in terms of an exciting or joyous event save for my latest invention which is aimed to shock, amuse and perhaps subdue conflict with a bright flash and loud bang. I hope to find something by next Thursday though.

I hope you are all doing at least well enough to keep going, and wish everyone the best with their problems if not.

Signed with highest regards,
Nickolas von Pashar - PI and Freelance Artificer
