Why not code a villager so that you trade hjm like one gold nugget or any amount in return for custom beverages. It can be done not sure of the complexity but just having a villager here where you can trade gold ingot for a drink while it is unstaffed like usually in the late hours here in australia. Just a thought

They're only there when it suits them and hence isn't really roleplay sustainable unless theres some sort of timetable and a harsh manager to keep them in line might add a bit more to the feel of it being complient
