Core Concept
Niamh is a mageborn Lanlath reborn into a Kathar and is a greater vampire, a lively know-it-all in the city of Regalia; Her ambitions are to create a major coven of followers within the city, to make others recognise her power, and to become a part of vampire nobility.

Nia's personality is anti, thoughtful and overambitious, everything she says has a reason and she is quick to understand others' intentions and use them to further her goals.

Niamh makes decisions based on logic or superior pressure, which leads to a lot of conflict.

Niamh is lanlath reborn kathar that wanted it all but soon found that it wasn't so easy being alone through it all and soon fell to lothar and her darker desires and habits..

Appearance Information
Niamh is a Dymolov, a preeny red color with black horns and black sclera. she wears a type of white toga tied by a floral sash and dark blue hakama pants.

Mechanics

• Kathar power cannot be denied to them. If anyone uses an Ability/Mechanic that would force them to use Radiant instead of Sinistral Magic, they still use Sinistral anyway.
• Kathar can change the alignment of any Spirit to that of Void, so long as the possess/own/control the Spirit. Void Spirits are always symbiotic for them also.
• Kathar are not affected by the mental characteristics or changes of any Affliction or Affinity and are always in control of their own mind from them.
• Kathar are able to look at a person and intuit their Corruption Desire, with OOC Consent
• Kathar can use subtle vice-heightening curses on those within Emote Range
• Dymolov Mechanic I: Dymolov Vampires gain fire-based Void Magic with open aesthetics, and have great degrees of control over fire, being able to create and douse it, steer it through air, be immune to it, etc.
• Dymolov Mechanic II: Dymolov Vampires if they are the ones taking ownership of Divinium during a Divinium Raid, gain 2 Divinium instead. Only one is transferrable, the copy Divinium can only be used by the Dymolov.
• Dymolov Mechanic III: Dymolov Vampires can temporarily magically infest willing non-Vampires and Vampires alike, hiding in their bodies and being undetectable and unable to use Abilities but still perceiving all of their senses. (Hidden)

Life Story / Plot Hooks

• Nia used to be a Lanlath but was changed in a willing dread rebirth after her childhood studies took a turn with a misplaced but accursed book and ended up deep in Evolism; her lust for power beckoned her for her final decision. This is where her original name Illysviel was changed to Niamh, meaning "Infinite Depth" In Pannarokh
• This book, named "Benevolence"; its fleshy cover, tainted pages and cursed form were unlocked further with the powers of the void flowing through its invocations and she absorbed its entire form into her soul which manifests as her helish tattoos; One for each of its invocations, One represents blood soaking into a voidal portal and the other a freakish, sickly green eye surrounded in runes.
• Nia became a greater vampire not long after she was Dread rebirthed; She was able to acquire a greater vampire's blood through a void duel to the death, or in this case inconvenient discorporation; despite her lack of duelling experience, she gained the upper hand through domain advantage, her artefact book and her hunting tactics and magic traps.
• Nia now lives in Regalia her ambitions are to become the leader of a coven through a tactile takeover or a duel to the death; To appease her gods Odell, Inth, and Venna; To gain power and for her reign to be remembered, reviled and feared among all vampires.
• Nia; After some crazy events..losing control and losing her arm to the lothar Anichka, this has made her enraged, she seeks vengeance on the lothar as a company and plots to build a company against them.
