Archived New Channel

I was wondering if a 'subfactions' channel could be added to chat and permissions.

Maybe you could just join the channel with /ch, and by default, you would not be in the channel?.. Truce Channel would be neat, but would have to work the same as most people are truced with other factions because of "one-sided conversations" in Ally chat.
