› Oddities & Mutations| Neokarr's entire being is considered an oddity, and easily identifiable as a Spirit from a glance. That being said, what is most peculiar is his fire-like horns, brilliant-colored markings that are leatherlike in texture, and his hair which wisps blackened smoke.
› At a Glance| Neokarr stands at an impressive height of six feet & seven inches, bearing a dark complexion splotched with darker freckles as well as vibrant, glowing orange stripes. His hair is short & curly, styled up and seeming to have large wisps of blackened smoke that flow with his hair as well - able to be picked out, since his hair is colored a dark brown. He has half-Maquixtl heritage, though he possesses mostly Ailor facial features. He is consistently in the Nāhuī Gene, with fiery markings on his cheeks, nose & ears - as well as his trademark crown of sharpened horns. Neokarr is littered with scars, and the most eyecatching one - a golden scar along his neck. He possesses a tail, leathery in texture like the Gene he's influenced by - but with a flaming tip. He commonly dons himself in revealing attire, but practical in some manner.

» Neokarr serves as a bridge between the Undercity and the Draconists, and often finds himself mingling with the Undercity more than Draconists. He is a remarkably easy character to get along with because of this. He commonly dwells either around the Emergency Exit, Crookback or the Draconum Sanctuary - and he's willing to talk your ear off about anything. Newer, current or returning players should reach out to foster a connection!
» Neokarr is a Nature-Bound Revenant, and commonly hangs around the Draconist Faithful as well as the other Nature-Bound Spirits. He's also seen in the Draconum Sanctuary & within in the Undercity in general than anywhere else.
» Despite his Nature-Bound status, Neokarr had sold his soul to the Malefica in 309 after Cataclysm to return a loved one to Aloria, and remains indebted to that wretched God - whether he likes it or not. Neokarr finds himself extremely vulnerable to his overpowering anger due to this.
» Neokarr has a particular ire with Death Cultists, namely servants of the Malefica & the Machinist. He will go out of his way to cause more misery for those Cultists. Allies to these Death Cultists despite affliction or magic-alignment status earns scorn from Neokarr, and makes him more negatively inclined towards that character. » Neokarr is cursed with Monster Invocation by the Malefica, and is forever bound to his boiling rage & resentment. He is often calmed before he reaches a full monster transformation, & thankfully so. It is rumored that whenever he enters a half monster transformation, his fire burns any person who is alive or is tied to Draconism. It would be extremely terrible if he entered a Full Monster Transformation.
› BACKGROUND: A short history.
» Neokarr was rumored to be an Arkenborn of Rejection when he was alive. This plays heavily into his mentality & demeanor, even when he is no longer alive. His Void corruption is tied to that particular Arken as well.
» He has been spotted at almost all of her appearances. How curious.
» Either way, the existence of Neokarr spans back to April of 311 A.C., when his mortal shell perished in the Temple of the Dead from failing itself - but he was given one last fight until the cold & bitter end. He was surrounded by family, friends & strangers alike - but Neokarr tore open the chest of that corpse & emerged akin to a morbid butterfly, and was quickly ushered under a Blackiron Sovereign's skeletal wing as well as five musicians inhabiting an automata.
» Neokarr was quickly indebted to the Malefica due to a bargain he made in 309, sworn under eternal servitude - and a different contract that was rumored to be made out of survival. The fiend quickly realized the faults of the Malefica, growing sympathetic to the living, & sought to break the chains that bound him to serving the Grave-Sire - and he was joined by the four musicians, along with a fifth.

» Neokarr absolutely adores animals, and his flames don't seem to burn them whatsoever. He currently possesses two cats he cares for - a fluffy gray cat named Fuzzball, and a sleek grumpy black cat named Pepper.
» He loves all forms of art. Woodworking, music, sculpting - you name it, he loves it.

› A necklace, with a ring looped on the chain. The ring was carefully forged & carved into, though was by no means expensive. It was smooth, and along the interior of the ring it had a few carvings-- Pointless doodles, though the one most clear was a moon. Upon the centerpiece of the ring lay one of the Marayan crystal shards, though it had been void-corrupted. It seemed to swell within, though the energies from where it came from were no more. It was diamond in appearance, smooth along the top but rather ragged around the edges.

› A ring on his right ring digit. A silver band, with a mainly green gem as the prized jewel - but the gem has a vast amount of different vibrant colors. Orange, purple, yellow green, silvery gray, & lime: like an opalescent prize. The band of the ring has silvery leaves, vaguely resembling musical notes.

Adios Revenant Neokarr, hello fire Neokarr my beloved. He is now Malefica-pilled again with a sprinkle of Rejection. No escape from the narrative dear Neokarr.
His cleansing was not entirely voided. It was instead made 'temporary'.
Plot Hooks will get a touchup eventually but this works for now.
Shifted Neokarr's proficiency, he is now ranged + magic. I missed you, my sniper build.
