Life Story
Born and raised in Regalia with her three brothers, Penelope Baker fostered a love for tea and the cozier things in life. As a young woman, she started working at her family's bakery as a clerk, while her father made the actual products. Most recently, after a long career, her father is retiring. As her mother is too ill to assist, and her brothers are disinterested in the family business, the responsibility would fall on Nell alone to run the shop. Deciding against it, the bakery will be closing soon.
Nell has had close encounters with a few too many Mystech recently, perhaps a sign of things to come.
