Need A Skin For A New Character

Looking for a skin for my new RP.
I'm broke so if your looking for a reward you might as well leave now.

What i'm looking for:
Blonde hair with bangs covering the forehead and the rest only covering his head
A scar on his right cheek
Pale skin (white boy)
For clothes feel free to design what you want I just want it to look like poor beat up clothes
My character is a 12 year old boy so please don't make him have adult features.

Describing him as a pale Ailor would sound better, just saying... Or even just Caucasian.
