Dear Regalian citizens! My dear dwarven people!
Here comes the time for a new era!
We, the dwarven people know how much we've been hated, but now we wont hide anymore!
Here comes the time, the time to show to Regalia and to all the known worlds who we really are!
Most of the people perfer to look at our armors, our axes, our pickaxes, our ores instead of looking in our eyes and say thanks! Thanks for what? Thanks for what we do every day, for our hard work in the mines and in our awesome forge!
People HAVE to realize that we are good people, hard workers and not just "the small people who make my armors and the small people who sell me diamonds"
So! First of all i will PERSONALLY investigate on our old oligarch death, I don't really think that was an illness, maybe a murder but i wont judge before investigating on it. With oligarch power i will be able to know the truth about this.
In a second time i will give to our dwarven people the space that we really need to live a glorius life! Our district is SMALL and we have not enough houses for the dwarven people so i will expand it! More houses, more places where your childrens can play and grow up!
Will also provide more defence to our city, increasing the walls height and will provide to all the oligarchs an escort of few skilled dwarfs who will protect the oligarchs with their knowledge about fighting! Will also give a patrol to Regalia, a patrol for ensure everyone protection and deacrease the number of crimes in our city!
Another fact that we have to analize is: vampires. I saw a lot of oligarch candidates to be against the vampires, i'm not, or at least not totally: i will let vampires live in our city, they just need to be polite and they can't commite any crime or they will be executed like all other people who do not respect the rules of Regalia! Vampires are a resource, we all citizens of Regalia are!
This is the biggest part of my plan to make a better Regalia and a better Dwarven district, i will make these things because I LOVE my city and i wont hide behind prejudices of the people!

IMPORTANT UPDATING (03/03/2013): After the decision of my Emperor, i declare war to all the vampires too, since the Crimson Inquisition is in full swing, there will be no mercy for both evil and good vampires, this has been declared.
