• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Hello everyone! I've only been on massive for a couple of months now, but I've been wanting to post and talk about this for a while.

Before I joined Massive, I was seriously struggling with depression. I won't go into the finer details of my life in this post, but with my new, full time job, the passing of my mother a few years prior, and the general stress that has been weighing on my shoulders from everything else, I couldn't find the time to be myself. To this date, I still find it difficult to do other things I enjoy doing. It's still hard to draw, it's still hard to write, and it's even harder to think about starting a new project.

On a whim one day while bored out of my mind, I decided to buy Minecraft on my PC and look into servers where I could connect with others. I decided to give Massivecraft a try, and for about the first week or so I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I am now. Everyone has been so welcoming and so kind to me in the server, and I've been enjoying both the factions and the RP side of things. (Though I admit, I spend much more of my focus on the RP server!)

I suppose about the only thing that I've been struggling with is... well, that I'm new. Everyone has been on Massive for what appears to be eons, and I've only just stepped into the frey. The connections everyone has with eachother shows through IC interactions and the posts I see pop up constantly on this forum. This place clearly means a lot to the people who have been here since the beginning, and I'm hoping one day I can feel just as connected to it as everyone else.

Massive has brought me so much joy and stability these past few months, and going into 2020 I hope to continue getting to know you all more.

Side note, plans for my characters:

Mani Gunnar:

- Shop is open! Now to get some employees and do some fun RP's in shop.

- Expansion down the line! I want that main street locale!

- She's absolutely starting to sell some contraband goods out of her basement. Whether this continues after the first shipment arrives is up in the air but she's gettin' into some tttrooouuuble!

Fuan:

- I really need to finish his hotel in Clawcourt

- Don't really have any specific long term goals aside from his cozy hotel that he's opening to the public (and also vampires, werebeasts and criminal kind alike)

Other 2020 Plans:

- I'd like to RP as a noble character down the line

- Would like to make a child character to RP as down the line

- Get better at interior design in minecraft lol!

- Spend more time in Factions and maybe have a faction of my own in the future? :D

- DRAW MORE

- WRITE MORE

Happy 2020 Massive! Thanks for the great past few months and here's to a great year!
