After intercepting a Crow carrying messages between Skagger encampments, the King of Mull Hengest Harhold (@Jonificus ) has rallied his levies to face his foe Sigurd 'Whiteshirt' (@Tibertastic ) the feared Skagger raider who has cursed the shores of Mull for many a moon. Malden crossing is where the battle will take place, and both the King and Sigurd have made a call to the peoples of their faith:

'The King of Mull requests valiant men of the Unionist faith, to defend the sovereignty of Mull against Pagan invaders. He wishes for the restoration of order and peace within his realm, and the expulsion of all who would walk beneath the banner of Sigurd 'Whiteshirt' Bjornson and his savage cause. Men who wish to earn the favour of His Grace apply immediately. Those of weak constitution need not apply. - Steward to His Grace Hengest Harhold, King of Mull, blessed by the Spirit.'

This will be an IG Battle on the Isle of Mull, and not a written Event. This is something we're putting through the works, and testing out, so sign-ups and help is appreciated. An application is required to join. Rolls will be conducted on the day, taking into account units rather than individuals.
