Hi. I got angry.
Why? Did Rook get angry?
Fuck around and find out.
A brief synopsis on NAGA leg in MPM:
The naga tail appears to be made out of 5 parts, but it's actually made out of 10 parts, the left and right side of every part is mirrored. The first and second tail parts are the same and so are the third and fourth.
What does this mean?:
It means you don't have to skin both legs, and only have to focus on specific parts of the skin. For this demonstration, we will be using Dominique.
Disregard the other leg for this process. It doesn't matter. Ignore it. Or else.
Suspend the disbelief of my use of overly saturated hues, I promise it is simply for the use of this heavy sarcasm and rage-fueled rant. Pay attention to the colors and by extension, where they show up on the model in these series of screenshots.
The end of the tail is where things get a tad tricky, and a lot of guesstimation and trial and error happened on my part. Fail after fail, I figured out how exactly it was configured. Let's back up.
See This Part?:
Yeah. That's it. Apply the same mirroring strategy and look at it as a smaller version of the legs and you're golden.
This has been a rage-induced rant.
