FROM THE DESK OF THE REGISTRAR OF THE VIRIDIAN ORDER A SUMMONS Let it be known that his Lordship the Count Moritzburg has called his Viridian peer, Sera Alfred Rolfe, to the Ehrenhof Court for charges of dishonor against the Common Code of Knightly Conduct, and the tenets of the Viridian Order. The Viridian Order has heard the petition and has agreed to hear this case this Friday, to allow time for both parties to prepare their strategies and arguments. The presiding officer has not been determined. Stamped with the Seal of the Viridian Order OOC Notes This is a Knight Trial. Knight trials do not fall under the Regalian Judiciary's authority, but are similar in function. Knight Trials follow the same format as standard judicial trials found on the Judiciary page, with some changes: The Judge is not a member of the Imperial Family. Usually the Judge is a lower bureaucrat in one of the Knightly Orders, though a higher-up member can also preside. The Panel of Peers exists, but is comprised of Knights of any order. The process of the trial is nearly identical aside from these minor changes. It should be stressed that Knight Trials are a serious affair. Punishments are often harsh and unforgiving, as knighthood demands a greater show of discipline on its members. Knights should show deference and respect to the Knight Court, as (theoretically) their very lives can be on the line. @PaladinoGui @Hemingway7 be sure to read up on https://wiki.massivecraft.com/Judiciary and bring anyone who can help your case. I will be following this as closely as possible, so be aware of aspects such as the no duty to report information, the Nunctos, etc. Feel free to ticket any questions before the trial, as I will be radio silent during the proceedings.
